  • We’ve been enjoying this wine for years now. Every year, it seems to get better and better, so we’re excited to finally be able to have it among our selection. It’s a smooth, creamy, full-bodied wine from the rolling hills in Western Slovenia - just over the border from Italy.

Pinot Bianco (Italian brother of Pinot Blanc, cousin of Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir) is a diverse grape, often compared to Chardonnay, and treated in the same way. Since it stands up well ageing in oak, often it produces buttery, creamy wines. We'd recommend a cold bottle and a sunny terrace.
