Grape: 100% Narince (pronounced 'Nah-rin-djeh')
As with a lot of things in life, we tend to find that hard work pays off when you’re trying to find the best quality wines. Once in a while though, you come across something almost by accident and it blows your mind - and this wine is that one in a thousand.
We were doing our best to look professional (and sober) at a wine tasting, looking for something else entirely - when we happened upon this floral, creamy, crisp white wine. It makes you wonder why we bother doing all the work. Narince (pronounced 'Nah-rin-djeh') is the most widely grown white grape in Anatolia - and this version of it in particular reminds us a bit of Viognier.
